Buy This MaskCreated in 2018, The Bubonis (from the latin word Bubo, meaning horned or eagle owl of ill omen) is Tom Banwell's 12th plague doctor mask. It's a derivative design of The Schnabel Plague Doctor mask. The Bubonis is identical to The Schnabel, except the eyes have been enlarged and pushed forward to accommodate eyeglasses. The eyepieces are sewn in with waxed thread and the tip of the beak is hand-stitched.
